Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Slippers and Sandals & Thongs unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other footwear and accessories in our collection are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  3. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  4. Package Your Items – Once approved, carefully pack the items in their original packaging
  5. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our return center (address will be provided in your approval email)

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your request what you’d like to exchange for
  3. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or duties on returned items
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
